Do I need a minimum amount of followers?

No, anyone can join as long as their account is active and authentic.

Does my account need to be public?

Yes, you must have a public Facebook or Instagram account.

Can I join if I live outside of the United States?

You must live in the United States.

My application was rejected. Why was it rejected and what can I do?

Reasons your application may have been rejected:

  • Applicant did not provide a public Facebook or Instagram (only 1 public account is required)
  • Social media handles were typed incorrectly (account(s) do not exist)
  • Inactive social media accounts
  • Facebook or Instagram account does not belong to the applicant

If you feel that your application was incorrectly rejected or you made a mistake during the application process, please reapply.

The Program
What is Roster? How do I get paid?

Roster is the platform that hosts our Affiliate program. Roster tracks affiliate sales. On the first of each month, affiliates are paid using PayPal.

How does the 10% off code work?

Share your personalized discount (ex.YOURNAME10) code with friends, family, and followers. When they use the code at checkout, they get 10% off and you get commission. You may use your 10% off code on personal orders.

How does the affiliate link work?

When someone uses your affiliate link to make a purchase, you get commission. Plus, anyone who uses your link automatically gets 10% off their purchase.

Cookies?

Yep! Affiliate links are equipped with 30 day cookie tracking. That means you will earn commission on purchases made within 30 days of a customer interacting with your affiliate content.
